1. Am I now allowed to pull people over with the new addition of tickets
2. If they do not pull over am I allowed to open fire or in someway stop their vehicle with force
3. Also when manning the toll booth do people have to consent to being searched and/or can police search or is it just pay and then they can go
4. If someone just drives through can police open fire on said person
