After trying everything Lox replied with, It still wont let me enter the game and says the server is running a Map I dont have. Should I uninstall/Reinstall Unturned or just get a link to all of the mods to download by hand.

This has happened to me as well :(. For some reason I can only run 13 on certain character slots, but one by one they were hit with the bug. And yesterday, my final character slot got hit with the barricade asset thing. If I were you I'd give downloading all the mods by hand a shot, just go /mods in the server on a different character slot and try download them all manually. Also if anyone has a link to all the mods that 13 uses that'd be great :D
