maybe you tried to build near a regioned are or a claim flag and u din't realize, can you tell us where were you triying to build (be more specific plox)?

that gunstore is a regioned are (is the license shop) which means thta you cannot build anything there because everything inside that are is indestructable, that si why . it gives you advicce in chat "you have enteredregion: license shop" when this appears it emeans oyu are inside tia dn you cannot build there

This could have something to do with tons of barricades? Go /buildstatus or whatever the command is maybe you've gone over the limit?
