Let me make this short for you. I was playing on pandahut's roleplay server, while somebody named Vinny was online. Somebody came over in a bus me and another person hopped on because it was unlocked, so why not. The driver then explained to me, he was driving somebody over to a place and prefered we got out. I happily exited, but the other person "Arkani" stayed. The driver immediately said he would kill him if he didn't get out. Arkani said he may kill him after 3 warnings. (which is true, I read the rules) Instead, the driver shot him in the head. This is still considered kos. I looked like he went to start taking Arkani's stuff. I shot him and he died, this was to (despite being late) protect Arkani from kos. This was also to keep him from getting robbed. I nearby police officer told me to put my hands up immediately, I knew i did nothing wrong, and if I explained what happened he would let me go, so i put my hands up and he cuffed me. This is when Vinny comes in. He says in chat, "Lemonaid kos". I started to say I did not kos, I typed it in chat and then started to explain what happened, When i immediately recieved a 12 hour ban. Let me point out that i got no warning, he didn't ask for an explanation, and he wasn't even there. Which means he saw a kill notifiation in the chat, and decided he wanted to ban that person for 12 hours. He also, didn't do anything to the actual kos'er which was the driver! I feel like some people including Vinny should be removed of their banning abilities. To add on to this, the same day, i was walking in seattle. A police officer came and told 4 people to put their hands up including me. Of course we did (though we did nothing) because he was a police officer. After that he cuffed all of us, and ran one of the people over. I reported kos, and failed rp (because a police officer doesn't cuff random people and run them over) and nobody said anything. (i was unaware of the /adminhelp command) I was aware that somebody with powers to kick people was on, but they didn't say anything. I metioned the same thing 3 more times over the course of 5 minutes, and still nothing. I figured maybe they were not looking in chat, so I said "HELLO? I just witnessed kos, and failed rp, can somebody help me?". As you can see i typed one word in capitalization and that was just to get the person's attention. They proceeded to kick me for capitaliztion. I also became aware that the person who just did kos and failed rp, was perfectly fine to move on with their day.
To summarize, I would appreciate if you removed some of your staff members' abilities to ban/kick people, I feel like they are using it incorrectly.

You DO NOT KILL A KOSer I repeat You DO NOT KILL A KOSer. We have mods for a reason let them deal with it. Do /adminh in game, use TeamSpeak or Discord

Then why don't ur mods do anything? Because do not tell me they do, they don't.

Look man, at pandahut we have a thing called an "inventory restore", or just a restore. It is a really snazzy plugin that copies your exact inventory from your last death give or take every single attachments on your guns, so your friend will get his stuff back. You could have called for a staff, and said what happened. Then they most likely would have cleared the kosers inventory, so he does NOT gain any kos loot. So in the end the koser would have had no loot, and your friend would have all his dank lewt. If you want make a ban appeal, a player report or both merged into one. You have a good chance of getting unbanned/getting the koser banned for KOSx1 + Lying to staff.
