i got false robbed on 13 ign nicholas

i was walking to see if anybody dropped loot and i saw somebody did and i went to go pick it up and he said back off and i said why he said bcuz i said so btw his ign is cha boi and i said i have full authority to pikc it up i said go look under rule 5 in kos. and he said ut your hands up and he didnt rob and the admin didnt do shit. after i was messaging him and typing in chat. then he actually robbed me his pal consomat comrade shot me WITHOUT assisting in robbery. the admins are not answering and they havent done anything whatsoever so far
