I was getting arrested by Miuflorentin and he was on duty so he did /arrestover and I got in my car and I had my hands up and it glitched on my screen and they were up for me but not for him and he killed me and I said "Why did you kill me!?" and he said "You didn't comply, Your hands weren't up." and he said "I got it all on recording." and I'm hoping I can get a restore. My ingame name is "[GE-1] Jack Quinn."

To recieve a refund you need to make a player report http://www.pandahut.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=72 and then Super Moderators and Admins will deal with this as if this is true Miuflorentin will have to be dealt with. He will also have to show the recording.
