Easier today I was banned for (Kos) for 12 hours with what I was ok with because thats not to long I try again and it says I am banned for 24 hours for placing in area? what does that mean

You were probably banned for placing in a region. A region is an area which when you enter says in chat 'region: New Player' and other examples. The reason you were banned for this is because you can't raid regions. If you want to appeal your ban, submit a ban appeal here - http://pandahut.net/forums/application. ... urned&ba=1
