I lost my VIP+

Okay so i joined the server once again, and when typed in world chat i lost my VIP+ abilites. And it was a gift from my friends when im still a Moderator like 2 years ago.

You call yourself a VIP+ Donator eventho you got the rank given to ya?
Its possible you lost your rank due to a rank rollback in april/may 2017

Don't forget to provide:
Proof of purchase (your friends paypal email)
Your steam id64
(or ask your friend to do all this)
Its possible you lost your rank due to a rank rollback in april/may 2017
