Role that can buy speedboat

saw the new France vehicles got added(well some of them), one of them was the speedboat(712) which gives me the cost in the shop but I'm a mechanic and I can't buy.

The vehicles introduced in the France update were never made purchasable to players on our RP servers. Only a selection of weaponry and clothing made its way into RP. The reason you're able to view the vehicle's cost is because they are still able to be spawned in (as they are vanilla), but not bought from the shop.
