I am having a bug where everytime i put something in my #1 slot to equip it it just shows as Cobra Magazine and then i lose the item that i had and i get a Cobra magazine. Ive lost a lot of items from this

Use /discord for help in future, your inventory is probably corrupt though, fixable by contacting staff on discord or just commiting suicide and respawning.
