As of 5/3/2020:

We will no longer be doing Rank Transfers. We only did them as a gesture of good will, and there was a fair number of complications with people trying to abuse the system/transfer twice, trying to keep track of which ranks are transferred, people trying to use the system to trade ranks for in-game bamboo, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience. This does not effect you if you bought a rank on the wrong steamid64 and never claimed it, we will still of course help fix such cases.
