This idea if voted would disallow people to claim buildings for the sole intent of claiming them and selling them for a profit.

Builders and such can still fully build houses and such and sell them, but you MUST fully furnish the house or building before you sell it.

THIS WOULD BECOME A RULE, NOT A LAW!

having people sell shops/bases is a win/win situation. the builder gets payed for selling the property and the shop owner makes profit off selling goods/services in that desired location from being a high-traffic area. The only people who would want this rule is people who don't have enough money to purchase the shop/base or they think the price is to high for them to make a profit. They should just make their shop farther away or buy a cheaper shop. If all else fails, just raid it.

But there is one thing that I think they should add to the rules even though It almost never happens. The rules should state that you cannot own more than"x" amount of buildings in a town. I think a good number would be 2 or 3 and apartment buildings would count as 1 building. Having someone owning an excessive amount of property can harm RP.

and last thing, don't put anything about furnishing, that's just dumb.

It's not about building. This is just to stop people from barricading up a place and claiming it as their own, just to flip it and sell it for cash.

People get on right after wipes just to claim a bunch of buildings in hot-spots and turn around and sell them for money whilst doing nothing for them.

agreed for people claiming an "excessive" amount of buildings after wipe (however you would want to define that). I still think its fine for people to be selling 1-2 buildings just for profit though.
