I was just wondering why the money from licensing guns dose not go to the city bank. I feel like this would be more realistic as it would be as if you buy your gun licenses from the city rather than just paying the money to nobody.

Seeing as the amount of Bamboo collected from Tickets is not quite cutting it for Mayor-related activities, we have set is so that 100% of the Bamboo from licenses goes to the Town Balance. This makes sense, since all Vaults and License Shop are owned and maintained by the city. Feel free to post back your thoughts or ideas.
