IMO this is unneeded. I can’t see anyone doing this when people creat companies they make a shop and put a sign outside with the company name on. It’s much simpler that way.

Lame, can cause conflict and what if for example, someone bought shares up to 90%? That would be considered a take over and the original owner would lose lots of their profits, this may also lead to the simple question of, what if their business fails? What if someone borrows money but cannot pay it back? What happens then?

There are too many cons to even consider what good could come from this.
