I have always Noticed that sometimes people put signs up with racial slurs/Bad words and stuff that is not tolerated on panda hut.
I was scrolling some plugins and found this plugin.
This plugin allows you to ban words off signs. so people won't be able to put stuff like that in signs.

Players could always use different slangs for racists word or even draw inappropriate adult content drawings on the signs so it would be a waste of plugin.

It would still get rid of more of it. In extreme cases, maybe it could be an instant warn for putting the word on the sign, but only for ones that are just the word (not going to say it because I don't want to be banned)
EDIT: I also think that instead of using someone else's plugin it should be developed by the PH team itself (idk who codes them around here) so that it can tailor the needs of our server, because in the example video it censored 'fuck,' which on the server isn't banned or warnable.

The config for what it blocks is completely modifiable, both with plain text and regex.

To be fair I don't believe that is needed at all, staff can check the original creator of the signs anyway, and if it was to be edited with a racial slur it will be quickly identified and removed. Plus don't you think by attempting to stop bad words from being written on signs you are further motivating people to do so? People will always find a way around these kind of plugins by putting commas inbetween, special characters etc. it's totally unnecessary and would show "trolls" that staff members are even more bothered about them and would result to the trolls being further motivated to continue doing what they are doing but in a different way.
