No Prowl, its always annoying when you're on and you claim a hit, and theres 2 hits active, or 3. and the only thing u can do is wait in your base for the 30m to expire. one of the worst situations as a hitman is when, theres 2 hits active, u claim one, and then the 2nd comes after u, u arent allowed to do anything at all, because if you shoot him you''ll just get banned for kos.

-1 because it'd be OP for hitmen to be able to claim so many hits in a short timeframe. Why not go on a PvP server in the meantime and sharpen up your skills and then come back and claim some hits once prowl is up?

You can defend yourself if you get shot by the victim while off prowl, so you can still defend yourself, it’s basically a warrant after you claim a hit though.
