Then only way in which I see the doctor being useful is through the removal of kit health or a very severe nerf.
Same goes for chef, farmer, fisherman...the removal of kit food would make them much more useful.

In this current state Pandahut is a cop/bandit-fest with some players ocasionally picking builder/mechanic/weaponsmith, because also ocasionally they are needed.

There are so many useless/boring roles right now and in my opinion it's a real problem.

Seems a little hard to code this plugin from the way it stands, I like your idea, maybe a Plague event which could be run instead of coding a entirely new plugin
