I want this command be used by police deputy or police chiefs so that they can stop criminals even faster. (This command will need a cool down tho.) This command are for the cops to stop who are in a rampage raid or some robbing spree and the ones who really cannot be captured by cops. Some of the bandits hide if cops are looking for them and there is no command for the cops to use. So for those who really are good criminals this should be the suggestion i want to lend to the cops.
