So, I've noticed that there are a lot of random objects placed around the map as well as half finished buildings that have been sitting there for ages, that I assume are abandoned. If there things were to be cleaned up once or twice a week, and a rule/law instated that forbids people from planting random crap around for no reason, then it'll prevent more crashing and lagging.

This will also allow for people to not have to be restricted to certain building sizes, or a limit of how many buildings they're allowed to have. Everyone will come out happy, no huge restrictions on building, and less lag.
