As well to try and find a place to grow said berries and have also store them safe from being seen and the space of storage to store them is hard

I disagree, I think it's very balanced the way it is now, players must work hard and dedicate their time and resources to gain money.
Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will your financial status.

You see, the purpose of drug lord is to sell berries mainly to players, not mainly to the shop. If you want to sell crops to shop for profit, choose the farmer role.
