the bad thing about policing in pandahut, some officers will do jail time 5 minutes with 600 bail for a small crime which is a good amount at the moment! But others will do 2 minutes with a 1000 bail in which are using the police system to make money!
Noobs who join the game and become a cop don't know the commands so there ruins RP when I stand there explaining everything!
Klockman is THE guy, he puts the most effort into the police side of RP so he deserves my +1!!!

-Having professional SWAT team
The National Police will make a professional SWAT team of MVP+ donors. They will appoint a SWAT leader, who will do training, meetings and more. This will create an extra achievement for the normal RCMP's because they want to be the cool SWAT guys. (this will also make more RCMP's to buy MVP+)

100% SWAT should be by application for MVP+. I would join. If there was a SWAT leader I would like the power of at least chiefs/deputies over SWAT to be removed. Reason being SWAT are a special group that should be called for, not just fancy police.

Officers are leaving/having "breaks" to become bandit because its getting boring.
- We need to change this.

Best way I can explain this is that Bandit roles are more chill. As police you are expected to arrest people, you are expected to stop raids, you are expected to respond to kidnappings. And if you don't, you are bad at police. However, as bandits, you don't need to do anything , you can raid or rob whenever you please, and if you don't it's called chilling, not being a bad bandit.

Another topic I present is pay. I believe officers are underpaid and rely on killing criminals for loot. Perhaps if the role was whitelisted, salary could be increased, or bonuses could be given out, either through recording succesful arrests, or maybe there could be a special police /trash that records numbers of confiscated items. However, there would have to be a way not to abuse this.

To be honest I think the ranking system is perfect the way that it is. I do like the swat force idea though.

I respect your opinion but i think you are wrong about the "perfect"...
The ranking system is not perfect. People are leaving all the time! Think about it.... The captain, deputies, chiefs, normal officers for some months ago... Think about it! You are a old player i guess Cereal... You must have known some very good cops... But most of them are gone... Where are they all now? Most of them have left.
- Fact: Iam not making a whole new ranksystem. The old chiefs, captains and chief will still be there. I am only adding Central leadership, and are adding real DUTIES to the leaders, so they just don't go inactive after getting elected to their higher rank.

There is NO leadership. There is NO communication. There is NO direction for the police.
IF this new system gets approved and is gonna be tested, their will be 2 mayors, 2 commissioners and 2 sheriffs to lead the police. They are gonna do weekly meetings, with the officers and we are gonna educate officers from scratch. The votesystem will be removed (in my opinion) - BECAUSE you can be very popular but that dosen't mean you are a good high ranking policeofficer, so their should be experienced Policeleaders in the top to promote people. Just like real life.
- Pandahut needs to ask themselfs. "Do we want the current "fun" police? Or do we want a serious police?"

Bump. "The New Police System" was reviewed by Dutchy. He likes the idea, but stuff needs to be talked about in the higher staff-ranks. Since Ragnorus is really busy atm, with all the server issues, money etc. the suggestion will not be looked at right now.

So until Rag, Dutchy and the guys, will have time to talk about the suggestion, i think we need more opinions and ideas!?
