We already have a system exactly as you described added to the current RP plugin in our servers. It has simply not been added to the player permissions due to the implications it would bring to the RP rules etc. We have also added a /sentence <player> <punishment> command for Judges, which has also not been added to the player permissions as the role hasn't yet been been added

Okay :) so if it once becomes possible to change the RP roles, and the permissions then it would be fucking awesome.
It would add ton of more fun to the police role, and i think the bad guys and neutral guys would get more fun :)

Secondly, your suggestion is sensible and decent. It's also very well put and detailed, making it very easy to implement. I see no direct negative sides to this, the only distant con would be abuse. However, I recon that all ways of abusing this is very similar to the ways by which you can abuse a normal arrest situation.

I think this is depend on different situation, because if some of the police use the command for no reason or they just simply complain someone, then that would not be fair. So I think we should try for 1 week first before we really go on with those command.

Good idea i once got pulled over and scamed for 50 bambo by a dude who drove in a police car he was a bandit yeah i fell for it. But why do you go in jail for a robbery but pay a ticket for a kidnapping?
