This could be a possibility if we had enough staff on the timezones, or enforced recording at all times as most Arma servers do.

I personally disagree with this, as if you want to play it would be whitelisted, so rather than having ban times you get removed from the list, so you can't play on that server unless you reapply, therefore meaning that you don't permanently need staff on, just need one available unlike 10 and 13

Still need evidence, and there is no way we can have one staff on. We have experienced this.
