Age is a spectrum of maturitys, you can be 9 and be more mature than a 25 yr old, or it can be the other way around. There is no such thing as age maturity, even at 3 years old, they might not have the same cognition and living skills as someone as 20 years old, so its pretty much impossible to say what brings maturity. You might hear a younger voice talk and he is classifed as a moderator and think he shouldnt be staff that young, even though he may be one of the most mature staff members on the team, but when you hear say a older voice, you might think that he is mature just because he is "older" Basically time is the only way to tell who is good for staff, and playtime and interaction with the certain person.
