When /job is finished and all good all working. This role should be removed. It's more an activity than a role.

Well fisherman can be categorized properly as an activity (fisging) but working as one. Isn't that much of a role. For example: vacations. They are activities but you don't see a "vacationer". Get my point? Also my suggestion is to remove it after /job is finished and polished enough.

fishemen are essentially Fishmongers, If a mayor chooses to do so they could instate a law that fishing is an "activity" that only fishermen are allowed to do.

OR Police can enforce that already just as anything they deem illegal, thus drawing reason for the existence of fishermen.

RP is a player driven system that relies on its players to give reason for its existence, lets provide our own reasons for the existence of these roles!
