Spies should be able to have two roles at once, spy and another. These could find drugs and kill hitman or something.

Can you be more specific with the description of your hypothetical role ? It's too vague. I personally see potential in a role like that, but you need to come up with a better description of the things the role is supposed to do, how it receives payment, the "/kit spy" and so on.
