I believe that this role SWAT leader wil be appointed by the police captains of the server. This will add more power to the SWAT team and would be a great asset when stopping raids and rescuing hostages because he/she/they will come up with a plan. I'd say there should be 5 SWAT Leaders all chosen by police captains. SWAT Leaders can be demoted if they aren't doing their job or aren't active enough (this doesn't include holidays as some people can't play then. If you do need a break for a couple of days due to IRL issues please make a post about it on the forums so it won't be an unauthorised absence.

Hey Stan. Their will be a SWAT team leader if the "new police system" gets accepted.
But i don't think we need to make a whole new role, at the moment... We should focus on making the policeforce organised before making a organised SWAT Team.
But yes i love the idea :) keep it up!

yes and they kind of already do that for are police force on 10 idk about 13 but the deputys and captain do that with the police force

Nobody is having control / commanding the police force. The Police is too "selfemployed ish"
We need some top leaders in the law enforcement.
