Yo know other then licenses, There should be a system to control players weapons thru ranks. Depending on the role (bandit police,RCMP,SWAT) they should be a limit. What i mean is like a example here (going off by dmg cuz later levels you will be able to get higher dmg guns)
Lv1, Pistols,melee (the colt, the melee weapons n more)
Lv2. SMGs and civilian rifles(the viper,schofield,hawkhound,peacemaker (not honey or the calling)
Lv3. Advance Rifles: the sabertooth, Zube,and Yuri possibly
lv4. Access to the Miltary items such as the eaglefire,maplestrike,heartbreaker,etc
Lv5. The Advance Weapons ,mata,nightraider,Honey Badger,calling card
lv 6. Final Level, Unlocks grizzly,ekko,rpg,minigun (the rest XD)
-What i mean by ranks maybe a bandit could lv up(decent amount of xp not a instant next level) per successful rob or raid (OFC correctly /rob n stuff.)
-Police Would have a slight advantage would being able to gain the xp by helping civilians with answering to maybe a new command like /policehelp (Doesnt need to for if arrest were made but help out people). Good police officers who do that are rewarded , while corrupted police officers will lose their xp in such.
-For Civilians they gain the levels for what they do good on their jobs, same punishment as the police n bandits (forgot to add) good roleplays get xp, bad ones lose alot of xp.
I feel this could make the roleplay xp a bit more fair as the beginning everyone learns as times go on that sort of thing. Policemen would able to get lvs faster then the bandits meaning they have a small advantage however knowing some policemen would abuse their power sadly(im lookin at you >w>) maybe redo the police list and pick out the good apples from the bad if u know what im saying.
