Make /Bandriver playername bantime available to SWAT

Hey Guys
With recent times with people driving horrendously bad wouldn't it make more sense for a Police Car to chance him rather than a moderator, when this police man stops him and (maybe tickets him with Klocks new command) he bans him from driving and car jacks his car off the road.
Of course there would have to be a maximum amount of time the driver can be banned for e.g 1 hour (3600 seconds)
Ideas, opinions and thoughts below!

If trial mods don't have it don't think they will let cops have it.plus they could ban people from driving forever

Maybe to stop abuse of this command make it an announcement in the server? E.G. Soap has banned T-Moist from entering vehicle for 2 mins! Reason: Stop driving cars into my police station!

the same people that are driving horribly (%50 of Unturned's community) will be the same people that will falsely car-ban people as they both have no intent to RP.

Thats a good idea, that way you need to be a $40 donator for it, which should prevent abuse from trolls. +1

Seeems like a good idea but it's not RP. If a player wants to drive anyway and diss the cops they can't. They are forced to not drive. But that's just my opinion. Not saying it's a bad idea.
