can you add in server mod #10

We are keeping Pandahut #13 modded for an x ammount of time.
Pandahut #10 will stay unmodded purely cause there are people other than you and me, that like unmodded RP Servers.
The reason we are not making both Modded is because we want to keep everybody happy, and the way we can do that is by making it 50/50.
