Rag added food for the RCMP 13 kits so 10 should have it too

Although on 10 police doesn't have coffee lol, we changed the kits on Server #13 to give you a coffee + 2 doughnuts

Yeah it wouldn't be the same, you've got to have coffee with your doughnuts, it's like not wearing a shirt, you gotta wear a shirt and pants.
