I like the idea but I think thats too many new ranks. I believe one or two of those could be cool. Then the hierarchy could change to something like:
Police Captain
Police Deputy - SWAT Deputy
SWAT Commander
Police Chief

I think SWAT should have their own hierarchy . But just a few new roles, let's not get too crazy here.

They could need permission for rankup from a police captain maybe

This is useless. The swat role is just mvpplusRCMP/Police.

In real life, RCMP has power over there SWAT team, but in reality, in raids, who leads? The SWAT Commander. That is why we need it.
