My suggestion is a command for warrants!
With much help from Klockmann!
What is this?
It's a command that is used by high-ranking police officers (i.e Captains and Deputies) to set a warrant
out for someone.
What the command would be:
So, while now we have a system where highly wanted criminals can escape and are forgotten, this can prevent that
and help the Police role in the roleplay out.
Once a warrant is set out for an arrest, you can check this by either having:
a) A warrant list of some sort
b) It will show up in a /checkplayer in a note, like the police would do in real life!

Code: Select all
As the command is submitted an announcement is made in chat:
/warrant player "Warrant Reason"
Code: Select all
The announcement could be a way to see if a high ranking officer is abusing it or not."[officer] is declaring a warrant on [Player] of commiting following crimes: [reason]

I personally think this would better the roleplay for all parties (Criminals and Police);[Player] has a warrant out for their arrest for: [Reason]
Positives:
- It adds more action when it comes to bandits, and police
Removes the forgive & forget system we have thing when it comes to criminals
Bandits have more another reason to run from the police, and have it be fun.
- Can be used wrongly in some situations (But, abuse of the command should lead to demotion)
Some bandits may find it annoying
