I would think that there are scripters in the community so why not share the abstract idea of the method you need written and have multiple minds helping you?

Because we don't have one plugin per command. The assist commands are already set up to work in the way we built it for /rob, /raid etc. It's not about not having time to do it. It's about doing one plugin update as opposed to two.

I guess it's just split, if one guy is given the money and just logs then I guess that's scamming.

It's sort of like robbing. If there's a robber and an assister the victim doesn't have to give two backpacks to both robbers and it's not scamming if the robber doesn't give the backpack to the assister; thus, the kidnapper and assister would be in the same position, just with money instead of a backpack; and like most scenarios, the assister would defend the main kidnapper. Also, yes, I do understand you can't split a backpack in half but you can with money, it just comes down to whether you're buds with the kidnapper/assister or not and it wouldn't count as scamming unless said otherwise in the rules.
