Tickets and Warrants

1. Tickets
I think there should be a limit on reasons for giving tickets as in the ticket command can only be used on minor offences. Ex. JWalking ,unlicensed , and contraband
2. You should not be able to ticket a player for capital offences
Ex. Kidnapping ,raiding ,robbing ,and killing while a hitman conducting a hit.
1.Warrants
Exact opposite of tickets may not place a warrant for minor offences, only capital offences.

Serious crimes subject to the Deputy/Captain's discretion
Repeat offenders that have more than three (3) unpaid tickets.

Straight out of the RP rules. You can only give warrants for these reasons. And tickets as well, gives a list of reasons for tickets

Ok thank you I only made this due to the fact that a cop instead of risking his life to stop a raid caught me after and gave me a ticket
