Countless times (including 2hours ago -_-) have admins destroyed my active bases which hold very expencive loot while they are destroying unused and raided bases, I say you must ask the current mayor of the month for planning permission (costs 1000 bamboo, proceeds go towards the town balance!) if I was asking the mayor if I could build a shop, I say how big, where, and what it sell's and he decides yes or no, if yes I pay him/her 1000 bamboo and get building, then he places a sign close saying I have permission, it is how things work in real life and can help the active bases from being destroyed! All the noob bases that are being built, will be destroyed by admins if there is no sign!

in my election campaign i promised building regulations. 'Planning Permission' is a very good concept but realisitically it probably won't work.
