So i witnessed a arrest by Zedd a Police Cheif of RasmasCas for wreckless driving and he was pretty brutal. Now this wasnt physical harm done by the officer but, wil ras was in the back seat Zedd wouldnt let him out the first time he said hes dieing of dehydration but a few times later he gives him water and Rasmascas's health is at 1% so that was pretty brutal not allowing him to have a basic need that couldve resulted in his death. Its a shame that police do this these days and im asking whoever is reading this Stop Police Brutality. Thanky you for reading -Snack

First off I would like to thank you as I appreciate the amount of seriousness you are putting into this topic. I would like to say you should've been a witness to the entire situation. Citizen-RasmasCas was continuously carjacking sheriff office vehicles which was not only endangering his safety but the people around him also. I gave him a warning to stop. He stopped and then had spawned in a ghost for himself. He started to reckless drive by crashing into objects and overall not pulling over when my sirens were on. I called the arrest on him but he got away so I called it off. I then got into range to call it again where he was in a area in mind where he didn't know what to do. I arrested him but I didnt trust him to be uncuffed in the vehicle. I gave him a warning that if he jumped of the car he would be shot. As he is part of the strazzi gang which is known for a lot of resistance to police. He then did hop out the car and ran away broke my cuffs and said "I left cuz I was hungry" which was completely ok. BUT he shouldve turned himself back in. Because of that he is now under BOLO, which means BE ON THE LOOK OUT. So when he is found he will be arrested and will serve justice.

At the time there were 3 police cars which were in the road blocking them which is why i carjacked them out of the way. There was no-one else in the town at that point. my 'reckless driving' was me turning the car around as i realized i had an unlicensed zubek on me. He was driving toward me so i decided to back off the road onto the open fields. Then he started shooting at me. He then chased after me. Many officers drive around with sirens on 24/7 which is why i didnt notice he was arresting me. And after i was arrested, I had told him 3 times before i had jumped out to get food. I didnt turn myself in because i dont like being near-death
