I've been collecting a few kill warrants on both #10 and #13, but I was wondering why does the money go to the mayor? Shouldn't the reward money go to the player that actually killed the criminal?

Don't know if it was intended to be this way, but I just wanted to bring this into light!

I dont do kill warrents, or rp as a cop cuz its boring. But some should go to the officer.

Actually it should go 100% on the Police officer because if police captains or deputies place the kill warrants. In real life even Mayors can put kill warrants on particular persons. It makes no sense on why it goes to the mayor. He placed a 2000$ hit and the money will go to him? I dont think thats fair. Just my opinion btw.
