Discord tag suggestion (maybe new type of staff)

Hello
So i have seen lots of people in discord staff saying something about needing logs so here are 2 suggestions
1. there be a type of staff who is like always there to help with logs like they are not really anything more then a trial who insted of wanting to become full mod wants to become a "full log help//log helper" something like that so then there is a more likely chance for people who are eather t-mods or mods with logs but can access is because of diffrent things that will change per person but with these "log helpers" on discord then there will be log help for who ever needs it
2. Tags for logs. so instead of doing @rpstaff or not doing anything but saying can i get log help there will a channel and a tag for hard and soft logs (they can be the same tag of separate) and a ban logs one the channel is not needed but it would be nice to have a tag to tag people who have the logs your looking for
