Item transfer through server?

Is it possible to transfer items through RP servers? If so, how? If not, I recommend it. For example: say I found some really good loot on one server, but I don't play on that server very often. I should be able to transfer that over to the server I play on more often.

You can sell the items and buy them on the other server. That's about it. I'm pretty sure the vaults differ as well.

On RP vaults cross over but you have to donate to obtain them
