Hey Pandas!

So I have come up with a suggestion about licenses. Before i made a post about a driver's licenses and i was thinking that building needs perms as well. Maybe if we can put an licenses for houses by like placing signs and an approval or something by Mayors or may be bought in the license shop as well.

This is what needs to be implemented someone please take this guys idea, we need RP to get more realistic, it should be up to the members to make it more realistic.

+1, but how are you going to do it with people who will destroy the signs? And how you know its not a fake sign? more info please

You can stick it in your base (Talking about placards). basically if they damage these = false raid

Could be a good idea for the premise structures in the main towns.

I made a similar law to this when I was mayor of 13 but the admins and players didn't like it so it was removed.
