AS said in the title above, Ive come up with an idea about licences. So the reason about me suggesting this is because we keep on wasting our money in licenses to not be arrested by cops. So like I said Ive come up with this idea to maybe save your money in licenses. Hope you liked it!

Of course this license is expensive. Many people may not be able to afford it so police can still arrest people besides there are other people that does not want to license their guns.
