Bulldozing Crew?

Hello Everyone!
Hope you guys are having a great day! I wanna say that since you know pretty much everyone on PH has been talking about lag and stuff and how to stop it so ... I was thinking there is a way for it! So hear me out guys... I might wanna introduce a new role that is similar to the constructor and builder and it's called "bulldozer" or anything you creators wanna call it. It basically is a role that can destroy houses that are abandoned, raided, destroyed, and unwanted. So the new role you can do "/bulldozer" and you have like a certain amount of time to either destroy it or rebuild it, sell it, etc. But there is a time limit and when time limit is over u do "/bulldoze". There also should be a forum post about it or something that will notify the owner that it's gonna be destroyed basically.. The time limit I think should be either like 3-7 days maybe? It's the choice of the creators so. And after that u can shoot the thing down and you get paid by the mayor or leader of it or maybe u want it to be like a rcmp thing and do 200/hr. But after you done it u do something that notify the owner or everyone that it is destroyed and the land is free to build on. This way I thing the servers will be less laggy. Also bulldozers should bulldoze when the base has more walls and roofs cause that may be a sign of them building and maybe something went wrong and they can't get on. If that then give them a day or 2 to finish.
The "Bulldozer" kit should include (Creators' Choice)
-Jackhammer
-Constructor/Builder outfit (Or maybe include a mod with a bulldozing looking outfit)
-Saw/Chainsaw
-Anything else creators wanna add
Also bulldozers should be accessible to explosives or high cal and ONLY bulldozers can get a liscense for it. (Creators' Choice)
