What I'm thinking is that PH has normal police. Then they have the badass raider SWATs. Then that is it. I wanna add more police roles.

1. Spec Ops Role/Rank (Sniper)

Equipment:

Spec Ops Set
Matamorez or Ekho
4 Mags Of The Gun
Nightvision
Black Balaclava
Bipod
Laser
8x or 16x Scope

(Ik this is another version of Hitman but it's for maybe warrants and stuff)

Then I have another idea. I wanna split the bandit role into 2. 1 is bandits which can rob and rob banks if city banks are a thing. 2 I wanna make a raider role. Where u have to be a donator role (VIP+ or MVP+). I think raiders should be donator role because people doesn't have confusion on how to raid.

2. Bandit Role

Thief top and bottom
Butterfly knife
Ace (I think the bandit pistol is too powerful)
2 ace mags
Black cap
Black bandanna

3. Raider Role/Rank

Thief top and bottom
Black balaclava
Civilian nightvision
High Cal Weapon (Dfang or Nykorev)
1 or 2 boxes of weapon
Machete
Laser
Vertical Grip
Dot Sight
Military Barrel

I think pandahut should give a refresher on roles such as adding a new role but it should be a neutral role, It would be hard to implament new police/bandit roles.
