The Region: NewPlayer

Hello Pandas! 
Alright so im sure all of you know about the pizza shop as a region (only in 10 idk to 13). At first it was a bit useful but now there is literally nothing in it. It just literally stands there as a region without any signs that has messages for new players. Im suggesting to remove the region or to restore it back. Its disturbing for others and people wonder as well "why is it a region if no items are there?"
