Hello Pandas.

So during my time here at PH, I have come along a variety of grey areas that I felt needed to be addressed. But in order for that to happen. I need YOUR help to give me feedback on these ideas and we can adjust and implement as needed.

I have worked in collaboration with Ze Golden pug(RCMP), Yoseph(RCMP), Sam Clouse(Bandit), Dre, and Relyt940(Builder) to test each of these ideas to make sure it is fair for everybody.

Topic one: Raiding

I feel like this is the biggest problem currently with RP rules, and would like to see these ideas added. Feel free to add any suggestions in the comments.

Rule additions: Creds to Dre Pusheen for some of these ideas

Attackers
  • If you are raiding alone, you must stay within 15m of the raid building destroying parts of the base, in order to show that you are actively raiding, failure to follow the rule shows that a kill zone is being created and the raider has no intent to raid. Just kill.
  • If you are with a group of 2 or more people raiding, you may stay within 30m of the base. As long as 1 person is actively raiding the base within 15meters
  • You must start the raid from outside the base
  • Raiders must end the raid if they leave the effective raid zone listed above
Defenders
  • If a police officer in uniform is seen nearby the base, they may be killed by raiders as they are considered to be defending the base.
  • If a police officer is planning to defend a raid, they must be in uniform to ensure that the bandits are aware of who is defending the base, failure to follow this rule would result in a failrp ban
  • Police/Owner should be within 40-50~ meters in order to be allowed to defend. This would prevent cross map sniping
  • Police/Baseowners may destroy any raider placed object in order to gain access to the base to defend
Command Additions:
/Strike "Name" "Reason" (CREDS TO DREAMLAND)
  • Suggestion: A command that can strike Police Officers, SWAT, Police Chiefs,...
  • Suggestion for (role);: Every role In the police force. Even captains can receive strikes.
  • Who can use this command;: Police Deputy, Police Captain, Mayor
  • Briefly explain your suggestion: As a Police higherup you see often situations were Police Officers do stuff wrong. Most likely you will see situations like; Unlicensed Guns, Illegal Items,.. For those reasons you shouldn't demote people, so that's why I thaught, hey! Can't we do something like /strike?
  • What will the command (/strike) do: The command will give you a STRIKE, after a couple more strikes you will get demoted and maybe even blacklisted from the rank.(If that is possible)
  • Extra commands to add:
    - /removestrike "name": This will remove a strike wich is false given. Abusing this command can lead in a demotion.
    - /checkstrikes "name": This will check the amount of current strikes.
  • Broadcast: 'xDreamLand' has been given a strike! Reason: Gun Running (5 or more unlicensed guns)
  • Extra Information: You could copy the warning system and replace the permissions and stuff to the police force. This idea Is created for #10 but can also be implemented on #13.
Topic 2: Kill Warrants
  • Change the warrant to not be deducted from the issuing officers balance, as the warrant is issued to protect the citizens and wouldnt have any benefit to the officer issuing it.
  • Within one minute of the warrant, police officers may only arrest the warranted person on sight, but not shoot/kill them.
  • Add the ability to pay off kill warrants with a 50% fee for not surrendering if the suspect decides to pay it off, the bamboo would go to the issuing officer of the warrant
Thank you for taking the time to read these suggestions, Please comment below.

Huge +1 on the raiding part. Makes much more sense than having someone "Solo Raiding a building" Yet sitting 30m away from it sniping.

in my opinion they should get rid of if u didn't start the raid but assisted then call off the raid, and still in the raid zone u can be killed

+1 but..
  • If a police officer in uniform is seen nearby with a firearm pointed at the base, they may be killed by raiders as they are considered to be defending the base.
  • If a police officer is planning to defend a raid, they must be in uniform to ensure that the bandits are aware of who is defending the base, failure to follow this rule would result in a failrp ban
This will create so much discussion
= "He was aiming at me" = "No I wasn't"

Bandits can kill almost EVERYONE in the raidzone, so why should it be a rule. If a defender shoots out of the raidzone to the attackers, the attackers can kill them.
Just keep the raidzones(25m) and implent a /responding or something.

Defenders

Police/Owner should be within 40-50~ meters away to counter raid that way we stop the cross map snipes with the ekho.

Cops/Owner are allowed to destroy any raider placed blocking or shielding items they placed

Cops can chase fleeing raiders when they call it off (Tied to attackers rule suggestion 3)

Attackers

Raiders are allowed to place free form items as shields and blockades. But not anything that is used to make a base

Raiders must start on the outside of the base. No going inside placing 50 metal plates calling the raid inside and never killed

Raiders must call off the raid out side of that 15/30m raid zone. Because how is it semi real life that right before you die you can just go *boop* now you cant kill and im fine. This would add a sense of them escaping the raid.

Please give me credit if you add it nerds dont give me credit and say wow thats really smart thinking its all them and it makes me sad

It would be better if it was just any police at all, if they have guns drawn or not.
