i don't think that perma bans for mass Kos or no intent to RP and Mass player/staff dis. Instead It should just be a 2 - 4 week ban. Doing this would still allow the player to receive their punishment but would also give them a chance to come back and try to RP. Hacking and DDOS threats will still be perma (unless player said he was joking about e threats and that would be a2 - 4 week ban). Otherwise everything else would just be a lengthy ban.

If someone goes on and mass koses/doesn't want to roleplay/disrespects, it shows they clearly have no interest in legitly playing on our servers and they would likely just cause drama in the future.

If we shortened bans based on players saying they were "joking", everyone would just say "yea I was just joking" in order to get their banned shortened. It does not matter if the player was joking or not, the punishment is the same.
