Allow police to force entry if a suspect hides.

As it stands, if an officer makes an arrest, and the suspect runs, the officer MUST use all three warnings +10secs to be able to stop them with force.

The issue with this is that max-skills sprinting to a base in 30 seconds is rather easy, and almost always an option.

While not a frequent issue, I feel it would be beneficial to RP if an arrest target runs into a base mid-arrest, the arresting officer can give FIVE (Separate from normal warns) for the suspect to come out with their hands up. Failing that, they may destroy a SINGLE door, shutters, etc.
If, after that one door or shutter, they cannot reach the suspect, they must call the arrest over immediately.(to prevent significant base damage or abuse)

I feel this is reasonable, but I want to hear what you guys think! Yay or nay?
