They have to add that Moderaters and admins can resote vehicle. Cause i just losed a Police helicopter, A race car and a black truck just by a server restard so or fix that it also saves the cars or make it that you can restore vehicles.

Servers restart about every 2 months. You have plenty of time to make 7k for another helicopter

Locking due to the fact mods can restore vehicles.
