No one ever uses the pool for ANYTHING. And for a long while people have been requesting a mall added to RP#13. So i suggest we turn the large area of the pool into an official mall like the one on RP#10. It makes sense since people have wanted this for a long ass time and rarely anyone uses the pool for anything.

Make it so you have to apply on the forums to make a shop inside maybe?

I feel like many things on the modded map are unnecessary. The whole of downtown besides the houses maybe. We didn't need a juice bar. The entirity of Williston + Line islands and mayor's estate. We don't need another airport, Williston actually could help a little, and Mayor's estate and almost all buildings that didn't come with the game are broken in some way *cough* WINDOWS *cough*.

I Agree Line Islands is useless but the downtown side of Alberton is used though, i see many shops/peoples homes there and thats not something that needs to be removed. And the only thing the mayors estate is for is for each months mayor

Adding on to my earlier reply on making you apply on the forums... Make it a region where you cannot store loot but only make your sign/ shop front. Apply on the forums to get a room. But then there might not be enough rooms so maybe make people pay rent?

As mentioned before Williston could use a lot of help as I have seen only a person or two living there and if it is possible it would be cool to see if Alberton would become mostly a residential area and push more business towards Williston after all players are allowed a house and a shop if I remember correctly. I know this is harder said then done but I just wanted see how the idea would go also if you think about you could so it's a little bit more realistic as housing and shopping districts are usually spread apart.
